About Me
Christine is a wife, mother of three, a nurse, and a Trauma-Informed Storywork and Life Coach. She is passionate about guiding women to explore their personal narratives and achieve their healthiest lives.
With over a decade of experience as a pediatric nurse, Christine observed how abuse, trauma, and destructive patterns permeated generations. Often, she felt ill-equipped to facilitate lasting change. It was through Storywork that she discovered a holistic solution integrating neuroscience, theology, and psychology for profound healing. She experienced this transformation personally and witnessed countless others break free from the falsehoods and stories that had kept them trapped for years.
This experience led Christine to pursue advanced training in trauma and sexual abuse at the Allender Center. She has personally observed the transformative power of Storywork to bring healing to all facets of an individual's health, as well as its ability to alter a family's trajectory.
Christine provides one-on-one support for women and mothers in the first decade of parenting within a safe and empathetic environment. She helps each client understand how foundational stories influence their current lives, with a particular focus on parenting, spirituality, marriage, and medical trauma.
Journeying with her clients is a profound honor for Christine. To learn more, email her to schedule a free introductory call.
