Ready to reclaim your story? Join us to begin transforming your narrative in a compassionate, empowering circle. Life's challenges can sometimes leave us feeling isolated. This group is for you if you're ready to engage the stories of your past with curiosity, compassion, and kindness to understand the patterns of the present. Reclaiming HER Story is a compassionate, trauma-informed space designed to help you gently uncover and transform these internalized stories within a supportive, in-person community. What You'll Experience: Expert Facilitation: Guided by Robrenna Parker, Narrative-Focused Trauma Care Certified and host of the "Reclaiming HER Resilience" podcast and a member of The Broken and Beautiful Collective. Intimate In-Person Sessions: 8 weekly 90-minute gatherings with a small group of 4-6 women (minimum 4) in a safe, shared space. Trauma-Informed Story Work: Engage in guided practices to safely explore your narrative. Practical Tools: Utilize journaling prompts and somatic exercises specifically designed to help regulate your autonomic nervous system and process experiences. Healing Community: Be truly seen, known, and supported on your unique healing journey. Why Community Matters: Healing doesn't have to be a solitary path. In community, shame and isolation soften, and mutual witnessing fosters deep empathy and belonging. This creates a powerful, accessible complement to individual work.
