An in-person 10-week group for women led by Janet Friesen, LMHP using the workbook by Carol Juergensen Sheets & Christine Turo-Shields* Click Book Now to Register Cost: $35/session (BCBS insurance accepted) This group will offer you tools and strategies designed to move you through the three stages of partner betrayal (whether you are still married or have gone through divorce): • Safety and Stabilization – learning how to access your internal resources and create healthy boundaries • Anger, Grief and Mourning – acknowledge your anger, grieve what you had and what you had hoped for, process your betrayal, build skills to detach from others’ anger, and build resources to reduce feeling flooded and overwhelmed • Restoration and Post-traumatic Growth – maximize your potential by embracing your character strengths, reclaiming your identity, nurturing your soul, and creating a vision for your future Space is limited.
