About
In the Coming Home to Yourself deeper dive modules, you'll learn how to become more available to the life that's already yours. In "Naming Your Story, " we learn that you are living inside a story. And you may be the only one who can fully know it. In this course, Patria Rector walks through the essential elements of narrative-focused trauma care (setting, protagonist, longing, antagonist, conflict, turning points, and theme) and shows you how to begin identifying each one in your own life. Through a guided story deconstruction (meet Susan, the "easy child" who became exhausted at 45), you'll see how the pieces fit together and what it might look like to begin seeing your own story more clearly. This is gentle, unhurried work and will give you the foundation to see yourself and your story more clearly. Includes: guided video module + companion printable worksheet.
