You’re welcome to meet with our Local Collective in-person at our offices in Lincoln, Nebraska or you can also meet with any of our Collective virtually.

We start with a free consultation— a 20-30 minute conversation to collaborate on what might be most helpful to you from our variety of offerings. Fill out a Contact Us Form to have our Referral Specialist contact you within 2-3 business days and set up your first call. Or email a team member directly. From there, we’ll walk with you step-by-step into your chosen service. You don’t need to have it all figured out before reaching out. We’ll help guide you.

Each team member has rates listed on their individual pages. All of our providers have set prices between $125-155 per session, some offering discounts for purchasing a package of multiple sessions in advance. We are committed to not having hidden or unexpected costs. We understand that the cost of coaching is an investment in yourself, and we believe it will offer back to you something deeply valuable. However, we don’t want cost to be the single obstacle to receiving care from our team, so please don’t hesitate to ask about scholarships and Courageous Pathways.

Courageous Pathways is a non-profit organization formed to offer financial assistance for our services at The Broken and Beautiful. Oftentimes, when we most need help, finances are the tightest. We ourselves have lived through that and we understand. While our financial assistance is finite, it is funded by people like you and us who share what they can on behalf of the larger community.

That depends on the service: Our Licenced Mental Health providers accept Blue Cross Blue Shield. Coaching, Spiritual Direction, and Group/Community offerings are not covered by insurance. If you have an FSA or HSA, check with your provider. As “Life Coaching” becomes more understood as an integral part of mental health, we have found more employers are offering this as a covered benefit for those plans. As an additional note: Business Mentoring and Consulting is tax deductible

Storywork is a form of coaching that gently helps you explore your past with compassion and curiosity. Coaching focuses more on your present and future—your patterns, gifts, and next steps. Counseling typically refers to licensed mental health care however it can also refer to a type of help that contains advice or direction. Therefore some Storywork Coaches call themselves Storywork Counselors. Many clients find a beautiful rhythm using a combination of coaching and counseling.
