I'm Patria, a lifelong seeker of beauty hidden within life's broken places and the grateful founder of The Broken & Beautiful.
 

I've always been drawn to the places where life gets a bit tangled. Sometimes those tangles are rooted in harm or heartache. Other times, they emerge in the ordinary complexities of relationships, leadership, responsibility, and the expectations we carry. I'm particularly interested in what happens when we slow down long enough to recognize the individual threads that make up the knot.
 

I believe there is a quiet advantage in slowing down—not to stay still, but to see more clearly, discern what matters, and move forward with wisdom and purpose. Drawing on my background in clinical nursing, coaching, ministry, and spiritual formation, I bring together the past and present themes of your life—your story—along with nervous system awareness and the Enneagram to help you better understand yourself, your experiences, and the choices available to you.
 

I've come to appreciate that growth doesn't always require us to dig deeper, work harder, or become someone different. Sometimes a thoughtful question, a gentle shift in perspective, or a little clarity is enough to help us find our way forward.
