About Me

In therapy, just as with other services, you are the customer. I believe in working with you to determine your goals, based on your unique concerns. We will work together to achieve these outcomes, and I will do everything I can to help you, including providing between-session assignments which will help you progress more quickly.

I am a Certified Clinical Partner Specialist through APSATS, EMDR trained, and support women who have experienced betrayal trauma in their marriage due to pornography or affairs. I am passionate about empowering women to work on what is within their control to maximize their mental, emotional, and spiritual health. While I am a Christian, you as the client will determine if you wish to address any faith/religious issues/harm.

Personally, I have navigated the loss of dreams, walked through dark times of grief, worked hard on healing, and learned to find my voice and set healthy boundaries. I was a stay-at-home mom for many years and homeschooled my two boys who are now young adults. I am a lifelong learner and always have a stack of books I’m in the process of reading.
