About Me

My passion is guiding others in healing. My own journey through abuse and shame has given me profound wisdom and empathy, allowing me to hold sacred space for others.

Professionally, I'm a coach specializing in Narrative-Focused Trauma Care (Story Work) and EFT Tapping. My approach integrates insights from navigating the broken church system, foreign missionary work, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic and art practices.

Storied Art with Sher offers a gentle path to addressing trauma when words are difficult. Simple art, even stick figures, can create a safe framework to approach challenging stories with care and sensitivity, enabling deeper healing through color, texture, and imagination. This process is about lavish tenderness.
