I'm Hannah May, and my life's mission is rooted in the conviction that truth, delivered with love, kindness, and connection, is ultimately liberating. My personal journey has ignited a profound commitment to fostering welcoming environments. These spaces prioritize safety, joy, curiosity, and the freedom to question everything we thought we knew, all in pursuit of our true selves alongside a supportive community.

 

As the owner of Sacred Story Space, I offer Narrative Focused Trauma Care (Storywork). This practice provides a secure and nurturing environment for individuals to reclaim the lives they were designed to live, to re-embody their imago dei. Through intentional reflection on our past and the stories that shaped us, we create space for profound questions, empowering us to speak our truth. We then engage in a process of discernment: choosing what to retain, what to transform, and what to release.

 

I am a certified Narrative Focused Trauma Care practitioner through The Allender Center (2025). My professional background spans over 30 years as a business owner, coach, and lay leader in church ministries, all dedicated to continuous learning and personal development.

 

I believe each of us is uniquely and wonderfully made, yet life often leads us to believe otherwise. Our life stories profoundly influence us. When we find a safe haven, enveloped in communal care and kindness, free to be authentically ourselves, we can bravely examine our origins. This exploration reveals how our past has shaped our present movement through the world, ultimately freeing us to live from the core of our beloved selves.
