About Me
Heidi Bartlett is a certified life coach specializing in trauma-informed care. She believes that healing begins when stories are held with tenderness, truth, and hope, drawing from our own journey of healing from harm. Heidi creates a space for others to speak their stories, meet brokenness with compassion, and unfold wholeness, desiring to offer Christ’s love through presence, curiosity, and care.
Heidi offers one-on-one sessions for women (teens and adults), available in-person or via Zoom:
-
As a Story Coach, she helps clients explore and tend to their significant life moments, fostering freedom and clarity
-
As a Life Coach, she helps clarify values, uncover obstacles, and identify next steps, sparking insight and growth in resilience, integrity, and purpose
She believes in the inherent goodness within each person, even after heartache, and is honored to walk with those seeking healing and restoration toward a life of hope, connection, and healing grounded in God’s love.
