Hi. I'm Stephen. My passion is to help folks from all walks of life take small steps toward a more meaningful and sustainable experience. I rely on empathy through things I've not only experienced, but also had success making progress with first hand: church abuse, substance abuse, anxiety & depression, ADHD, impostor syndrome, divorce, codependency, and self esteem issues.
 

I am a single dad to 4 amazing daughters ages 10-27 and a proud Appalachian native living in Richmond, Virginia. I obtained my life coaching certifications through Lumia Coaching. I'm certified in Conflict Prevention and De-escalation through The Mandt System. I am also an award-winning podcast producer with over 25 podcasts under my belt thus far. 
 

My hope is that coaching with me will feel like you're talking to a trusted friend. We are not here for me; we're here for you. Both of us. I want to know your truest perspective of who you are and what you're hoping to accomplish. I won't give advice. I'll simply ask questions about the things in your story I'm curious about. Your answers will help you see yourself and your goals from a new point of view. We will uncover new truths and come up with straightforward plans for your success. It really is that simple... and it's one of my favorite things to do in life. My desire is to support others who are dealing with issues I can empathize with. The best way I can do that is through coaching.
