About Me

Welcome, I’m Debbie! 
 

As a trauma informed story coach, I offer a caring, compassionate space, to help others name “what has been” to step into “what could be” 

I believe healing starts in a safe space with the eyes and care of an attuned coach, where the truth can be told without judgment. This has been my experience with story work and it changed my life. I now help individuals explore their narratives to unearth trauma, find where shame has a foothold and understand why they feel stuck, lost or alone. 

I am passionate about walking alongside others to find a place of freedom and flourishing in the expected and unexpected phases of  life. 

As an entrepreneur, a mother of four grown men and having spent years in women’s ministry, I’ve seen countless women give all they have to give, believe they have to perform perfectly while losing themselves in their roles, or worse suffering harm in the very places they’ve given so much to. They often feel trapped in harmful patterns unheard and unsure how to change. 

I offer a refuge to come as you are, where stories are honored struggles revealed and healing leads to a life of freedom, truth and lasting transformation.
