About Me

"Shame dies when stories are told in safe spaces." -Ann Voskamp

As a trauma survivor, I've created a safe space for healing. Often, trauma and grief lead to hopelessness, and I find it an honor to sit with those struggling. Key to my own healing has been engaging my story. Through storywork counseling, I found freedom from shame and renewed hope. Concurrently, spiritual direction courses helped me discover a richer relationship with God.

My desire to offer these gifts led me to train in Narrative Focused Trauma Care at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and Spiritual Formation and Direction at Moody Bible Institute, completing certificates at both.

Clients seek me for my experience in either area, but the true benefit lies in the combination of my personal journey and integrated training. It's been incredibly helpful to address both the psychological and spiritual impacts of my experiences. I offer in-person appointments in Lincoln, NE, and virtual sessions.
