Robrenna Parker

Robrenna is a Story work coach, who is Narrative-Focused Trauma Care Certified. She is also a somatic guide who helps truth-seekers reclaim what harm tried to erase—from voice, to worth, to nervous system peace. Through her coaching practice, Reclaiming HER Resilience, Robrenna walks with women through the invisible layers of psychological, financial, spiritual, and emotional disconnection—and helps them come home to themselves.
 

Her podcast, Reclaiming HER Resilience, amplifies stories, starting with her own, of relational harm and healing. Robrenna weaves together trauma-informed story work, somatic practices, and deep compassion to create spaces where you are not just seen—but held and restored. 
 

Robrenna believes beauty is both a balm and a reclamation—something she gathers not in perfection, but in cracked voices, trembling truths, softened edges, hard-won boundaries, fierce reclamations, and every quiet moment someone remembers they are worthy of love and belonging.
